According to this story from ars technica, story here, 25% of Americans own some type of tablet. Currently I have a Motorola Xoom as I stated in a few other posts - the 'hot' tablet looks to be still the iPad - but the many flavors of Android tablets are catching up. With the many tablets Amazon offers, it is making it challenging when deciding on a tablet. Even Rim's Blackberry tablet, which has the software updated a few times since it first came out, is a compelling tablet to consider.
One that should be interesting is the yet unreleased iPad mini tablet - where will it fit in with the other numerous tablets? That's something I am watching and might consider purchasing after it is released.
