Updated February 2 - Used Best App Reviews twice for reviews and I can say I had a great experience with them. You can choose how many reviewers from each country - the US, UK, Australia and few other countries currently in list of choices from where reviewers can critique your app. I recommend them to anyone who needs their app reviewed!
