Muscle Milk....










I've used Muscle Milk - the chocolate flavor, with my weight workouts for a number of years - been very satisfied with it.

It is especially great to use after a nice, long kayak workout in the middle of summer - great workout + sore muscles = great body after a while. I did this some years ago on the average of 2 or 3 times a week in the summer for three months just from hard kayaking - body looked and felt great! But went back to work and lost some of that muscle....
