Tesla Model 3

Are you going to get a Tesla Model 3?

Here is a drive test from engadget. If the car turns out to be as good as all the hype, it will change the electric car industry, as now there will be a 'decent' priced electric car that can go for a few hundred miles between recharging.

So what happens when the batteries finally can't hold a charge anymore, they get replaced and dumped in a landfill, or recycled? Or will we see years from now - a 'secret' dumping site, unknown to the public, where the batteries and piled in a junkyard, or maybe even buried in the ground, like Atari did with most of their 'ET' game from the 80's?
